A brief history of StartSampling and answers to the question - What is Sample Life and how do we use it?

Hi everyone! I'm Rosemary and I work for StartSampling. Since the launch of the company in 1999, StartSampling has been helping companies like Procter & Gamble, Unilever, General Mills, Kraft and hundreds of other companies run sampling programs on their brand websites, on retailer websites and on StartSampling.com. StartSampling runs as many programs as possible on StartSampling.com but most brands want to feature their samples on their own brand websites. In the past year StartSampling has added a lot of new content to StartSampling - a robust forums area, blogs, a weekly newsletter, games, trivia, instructional videos and much more. Our latest launch is Sample Life!

So, what is Sample Life...

Sample Life is a community site built that has many of the same capabilities as Facebook, MySpace or any of the other social networks. Sample Life gives you the opportunity to set up a personal profile, tell other members about yourself, reach out and talk with others in the community, share photos and videos from your life and much more. Sample Life will be whatever you guys decide you want it to be in the same way that many of you have made the StartSampling Forums a great place to chat, find out information, find links to great samples and coupons, etc.

As with any new thing in the beginning there is not much here yet. We encourage you to create groups, invite others to be your friends, send messages to each other, post photos and do whatever else you feel like. If you are interested in it, chances are others are too.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, please use Sample Life to share information about great samples, coupons and deals you have found on the Web. There are a lot of other sites out there that have this information but we are confident that Sample Life will soon be the preferred place to go.

I need help starting a group. We have 11 so far and more comming to join. I when to the site below and got a diferent page. But know one else can see it I invite people to this page and they are join it,but it is not on the front page to join a group.PLEASE Help us. thank you charmaine
